Maximum Purchase We regret that we must limit orders to no more than five (5)units of any one item.
Tax Applicable sales taxes are charged on all Canadian orders depending on province or territory.
Method of Payment VISA and MC are the only method of payment currently accepted online.

Order Cancellation Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot ship to address provided
Duplicate order was placed
Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your account will be credited for any cancelled items. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY When an item is listed as N/A on the ojon.com website, the product is either temporarily out of stock or exclusively available through an outside retailer. In this case there will be a link to that retailer's website to purchase the product.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery times may vary.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Orders within Continental North America:
Shipping and Handling: $6.00 plus an additional $2 per item/$3 per bulk item or kit
United Kingdom:
All orders shipping to the UK will be charged in US Dollars
Shipping and Handling:
Retail Size - $25 for the first item and $15 for each additional item
Liters and Kits - $30 per item/kit
PLEASE NOTE: Ojon is not responsible for customs fees and taxes
Method of transport
All orders shipping within North America will be sent via UPS ground service
UK orders will be shipped via UPS Air
Shipping times may vary. Packages to the U.K. can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery
International Shipping
We regret that we are unable to ship to addresses outside North America and the UK.

Consumer satisfaction is a priority to Ojon and if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased at ojon.com, simply return the unused portion to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the unused item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Please note: Return shipping are the customer's responsibility. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the instructions below.
To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
Please ensure that you include your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, Packing Slip copy, Transaction ID (MHP #) and a reason for the return.
The Transaction ID (MHP #) must be written on the outside of the shipping carton in order for a refund to be issued.
