If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 1-877-463-1545. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. The auto replenishment service at OJON.com will no longer be available as of June 18, 2015. If your replenishment order from OJON.com is scheduled to be shipped prior to June 18, 2015, your order will be shipped and your payment method will be charged. If your replenishment order from OJON.com is scheduled to be shipped after June 18, 2015, please note that it will not be shipped to you and you will not be charged for that order.

Some items sold by Ojon Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Ojon Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
Ojon Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Ojon Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Your account on Ojon.com will be closed. You will no longer be able to access your account or any information, including credit card information, saved in your account from the Ojon website.
None of your account information will be transferred to Origins but you can open a new account on the Origins website here.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Ojon Online you may return the unused portion for refund. Please note: Only products purchased on OJON.com may be returned for refund. If you have questions about returns please contact us by phone at 1-877-463-1545.
If you have purchased from OJON Online and wish to return an item(s):
An Online Service Expert will provide a pre-paid return label via email
Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice included with your order. *Please check the appropriate box if the item was a gift
Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by calling 1-800-PICKUPS (UPS fees may apply). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.
Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 7-10 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return request has been processed. If you have questions about returns, please contact us by phone at 1-877-463-1545 or via email at OjonOnlineService.com.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at 1-877-463-1545.
