Please note:

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

**Second Day, Overnight Service, and Saturday Delivery Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.



At this time, we accept orders that are shipping to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories).

Please note: Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, the U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

STANDARD SERVICE: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. See below for exceptions.

  • • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes – please allow 6-14 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.
  • • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO – please allow 14-21 business days from the order’s ship date for delivery
  • • Orders destined for U.S. Territories - please allow 14-21 business days from the order’s ship date for delivery.

2ND DAY SERVICE: Delivery within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE: Delivery within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Place your 2nd Day Service or Overnight Service order by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping*. Orders placed after 3:00PM ET on business days or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Ojon Online orders are shipped and delivered by Purolator on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Ojon Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".



STANDARD SHIPPING: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. Please note that shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 14 business days.

EXPRESS SERVICE: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. Express Service orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 8 business days. Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

Place Express Service orders by 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping.* Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Some items sold by Ojon Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Ojon Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Ojon Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Ojon Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
