HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF DATES
Order by December 21st and your Ojon Online holiday package will be delivered by Christmas*.
Please place your order online by 6:00 PM (ET) on December 21, 2012 and select Overnight Service at checkout**.
- Orders with Second Day or Overnight Service placed from 6:00 PM (ET) on Friday, December 21st through 11:59 PM (ET) on Sunday, December 23rd will be processed and shipped on Monday, December 24th.
- Orders with Second Day or Overnight Service placed on December 24th and December 25th will be processed and shipped on December 26th.
- Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Tuesday, December 25th.
To allow our staff to spend the holiday with their families, our Customer Service Center will close at 6:00 PM (ET) on December 24th and will reopen at 8:00 AM (ET) on December 26th. Happy Holidays!

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
**Second Day, Overnight Service, and Saturday Delivery Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we accept orders that are shipping to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories).
Please note: Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, the U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
STANDARD SERVICE: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. See below for exceptions.
2ND DAY SERVICE: Delivery within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
OVERNIGHT SERVICE: Delivery within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Place your 2nd Day Service or Overnight Service order by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping*. Orders placed after 3:00PM ET on business days or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O.
